  • Basic instrument details (make, model, condition)

  • Service history and notes about requested work

We only collect information necessary to provide repair and customer service.

2-How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Communicate about your setup, maintenance, or fretwork.

  • Provide quotes and updates.

  • Maintain records of work performed.

  • Improve our services.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

3- Instrument Condition & Documentation

To protect both you and our business:

  • We may document the condition of your instrument (including photos) before work begins

  • This helps track pre-existing damage and ensure transparency

  • Accidents do happen, and we believe that working together politely and civilly is always the best solution.

These records are kept private and used only for service documentation.

4-Instrument Liability Disclaimer

  • Customers are responsible for disclosing any known issues or prior damage

  • While we take great care, we are not responsible for:

    • Pre-existing damage (scratches, dents, broken strings, rattling)

    • Structural weaknesses (e.g., cracked necks, fragile finishes)

    • Guitars cannot be set up due to a non-functioning truss rod, warped neck, or stuck, broken or twisted )

    • Guitar’s playability cannot be improved due to a non-functioning truss rod, warped neck or other

  • Any risks will be discussed before work begins

  • Instruments left unclaimed after 5 days may be subject to storage fees
